We are currently experiencing very high demand and there are network delays across the board. Our warehouse team and couriers are working hard to get your parcels to you on time, whilst following strict safety guidelines. Most of our orders are arriving within 7 working days, however some parcels are taking longer to arrive. At the moment we advise that you add on an extra day or so to your shipping window so please bear this in mind before you choose your shipping method. Please check the tracking via your shipping confirmation or feel free to contact us. 

If you have pre-ordered an item in your shipment we will wait until this is in until we ship the rest of your order unless we are told otherwise and you have requested to split the order. Further delivery charges may be applied if you wish to ship items separately. 

We are working towards cheaper shipping rates but we also want your lovely orders to get to you on time and therefore use a more reliable shipping method. We also pay a premium on our packaging which is eco friendly. We use a warehouse to professionally pack and ship your orders to you which is covered in the cost that we charge but we do offer free shipping for all orders above £75.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

UK, Scotland & Northern Ireland

FREE shipping on UK orders over £75 (Excludes Northern Ireland & UK Offshore) 

All of our orders to the UK are sent with Hermes or DPD for larger parcels or if selected for next day deliveries. Please note the cut off for DPD next day delivery is 12 noon. 

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday, please allow slightly longer for weekends and holidays. We always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible and we will let you know when your order is dispatched. Once you receive your 'Shipping Confirmation' email your tracking number will be included and you can track your parcels progress. 

Europe & Channel Islands

All of our orders are sent via DPD and in some cases DHL. Our shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your parcel. We aim to dispatch your orders within 24 hours of you placing your order Monday to Friday but please allow slightly longer for weekends and holidays. We always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible and we will let you know when your order is dispatched. Once you receive your 'Shipping Confirmation' email your tracking number will be included and you can track your parcels progress. 

Once we pass your order over to the courier it is in their hands to get it to you. Should there be any issues we resolve this as soon as possible for you but please be aware this may take longer during busier periods. Please note we cannot be held accountable for any duty or tax charges applied and these will be payable by the customer. We also cannot account for any delays that may be incurred here either.

Outside Europe 

Our shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout depending on the volumetric weight of your parcel. We use DHL for our overseas shipments outside Europe. We can only calculate the weight and give a cost of shipping once we have confirmation of your order so we may need to charge you for additional shipping should the volumetric weight be high. This is typically the case for heavier goods and larger items. We will get in touch with you if that is the case.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for any duty or tax charges applied and these will be payable by the customer. We also cannot account for any delays that may be incurred here either. Please allow at least two weeks for orders outside of Europe.
