3. Place your little one's heel on the marker shown on the sheet. Measure to the end of the longest toe, the number in the circle is their UK shoe size! Don't forget to measure both feet, if one is slightly longer than the other always go by the larger size!
4. Convert the UK size using the conversion chart along the right, to figure out your child's shoe size in US & EU sizes! Be aware the conversion chart is a separate tool to the UK size measurement chart, the dotted lines do not line up to corresponding sizes on the conversion chart!

Customer feedback has been that Liewood sandals tend to run a little small, so if your child is in the upper half of their size, sizing up may be a good idea!

We are currently experiencing very high demand in these strange times during the pandemic. Our warehouse team and couriers are working hard to get your parcels to you on time, whilst following strict safety guidelines. Most of our orders are arriving within 7 working days, however some parcels are taking longer to arrive. If you have pre-ordered an item in your shipment we will wait until this is in until we ship the rest of your order unless we are told otherwise and you have requested to split the order. Further delivery charges may be applied if you wish to ship items separately.
We are working towards cheaper shipping rates but we also want your lovely orders to get to you on time and therefore use a more reliable shipping method. We also pay a premium on our packaging which is eco friendly. We use a warehouse to professionally pack and ship your orders to you which is covered in the cost that we charge but we do offer free shipping from £75.

Any orders placed from 1st November 2020 will be exchangeable until 14th January 2021. None of our items will include prices so do not worry about this if you are sending a gift.
If you would like to return your order or part of it, please email us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can exchange this for you or issue store credit. If you receive your item and are not happy with it please drop us an email (email@example.com) as soon as you have received your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, the tags must still be intact and attached to the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate i.e. swimwear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The order number you received when you placed your order is sufficient - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please fill out the returns slip included in your parcel to help us process this quickly on receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Once your refund has been authorised by us and you have had email confirmation, it will take some time for the monies to go back into your account, you should allow 10 working days for this. If the money doesn't show in your account we advise that you check with your bank. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have still not received the money after this time.
Sale items These will be refunded at the price they were bought at, at the time of purchase and not at the full price amount.
Exchanges (if applicable) If the size or style you ordered does not fit please send us an email at email@example.com and we can advise on the exchange procedure.
Faulty damaged items (if applicable) If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged product, please photograph the parcel contents as soon as possible and email us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise the next steps for you.
You will need to pay for your own shipping costs and we advise that use a recorded/trackable service for returning your items to ensure that these don't get lost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods have been confirmed as faulty.
