Shipping during the Pandemic

SHIPPING TO THE UK & ROI

As an online business I am so pleased to be able to send out your lovely orders and I want to say a huge thanks for your continued support of my small store, it really means the World to me. At the moment I am doing an even bigger dance than usual when an order comes through! Due to the current situation with Covid-19 we are experiencing some issues and delays as many people want to place an online order but there are less people working due to government guidelines. Orders are shipping from our warehouse and you can keep up to date with updates on this here.

Customer service is central to everything I do as a small business and getting orders to you quickly and efficiently is a huge part of this. We have been processing your orders as quickly as possible and sending these out with less staff who are working as hard as possible in shifts. Your orders are then passed over to Royal Mail at which point the delivery process is out of our hands. Royal Mail have undoubtedly been working extremely hard processing and delivering your orders under huge strains, more online orders and less staff which ultimately has led to some mistakes and quite often some delays, which can't be helped at this time.

For this reason I have made the decision to change all my delivery services for the moment to a ‘tracked and signed for’ delivery* so that you get your orders quicker and more securely. This does mean that I have had to up the cost of postage to accommodate this change. The postage cost for now will be as follows: 

    • 2 day courier service up to 2kg: £5.50 
    • 2 day courier service over 2kg: £7.00

As always orders placed over £100 will be free of a delivery charge. In addition, I  also have a variety of payment options including Clearpay, Klarna and Laybuy where you can absorb and split the cost so this is not upfront.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping charges are as follows:

UK & Republic of Ireland 

FREE shipping on UK and Republic of Ireland orders over £100

Our shipping rates for the UK vary and are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your parcel. 

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Our standard service is Royal Mail 48 and this service takes 2-3 days. 

You can pay for Royal Mail 24 which is our first class service and takes 1-2 days. 

Our next day delivery service is by courier and be sent with Hermes or UPS and needs to be placed by 12:30pm for guaranteed next day delivery. This is a trackable service. 

Our aim is to get parcels out to you within 24 hours but please bear with us during busier periods.

Europe

FREE shipping on Europe orders over £150

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Our standard service is Royal Mail 48. 

You can pay for Royal Mail 24 which is our first class service. 

For larger parcels we use Hermes or UPS and this is a trackable service. If the weight of your parcel exceeds our shipping threshold we will email you to advise additional postage fees associated with your shipment

Outside Europe 

FREE shipping on orders outside Europe over £200

Please note: we cannot be held accountable for any duty of tax chargers applied and these will be payable by the customer.  

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. If you would like us to send these via courier please contact us for a separate quote. We will send you another link for payment on top of your order if you require this service. Please email us help@sisiandseb.com for more information on this. If your parcel is too heavy to be sent via royal mail, or if it is very expensive, we will contact you separately. 

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday, please allow slightly longer for weekends and holidays. We always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible and we will let you know when your order is dispatched.  

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your order or part of it, please email us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment: help@sisiandseb.com

Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can exchange this for you or issue store credit. If you receive your item and are not happy with it please drop us an email (help@sisiandseb.com) as soon as you have received your parcel.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, the tags must still be intact and attached to the product. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate i.e. swimwear. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The order number you received when you placed your order is sufficient - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund has been authorised by us and you have had email confirmation, it will take some time for the monies to go back into your account, you should allow 10 working days for this. If the money doesn't show in your account we advise that you check with your bank. Feel free to contact us at customerservice@sisiandseb.com if you have still not received the money after this time. 

Sale items
These will be refunded at the price they were bought at, at the time of purchase and not at the full price amount. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If the size or style you ordered does not fit please send us an email at help@sisiandseb.com and we can advise on the exchange procedure. 

Faulty damaged items (if applicable)
If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged product, please photograph the parcel contents as soon as possible and email us: customerservice@sisiandseb.com and we can advise the next steps for you.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs and we advise that use a recorded/trackable service for returning your items to ensure that these don't get lost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
