Returns Policy

If you would like to return your order or part of it, please email us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment: 

Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can exchange this for you or issue store credit. If you receive your item and are not happy with it please drop us an email ( as soon as you have received your parcel.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, the tags must still be intact and attached to the product. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate i.e. swimwear. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The order number you received when you placed your order is sufficient - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Please fill out the returns slip included in your parcel to help us process this quickly on receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund has been authorised by us and you have had email confirmation, it will take some time for the monies to go back into your account, you should allow 10 working days for this. If the money doesn't show in your account we advise that you check with your bank. Feel free to contact us at if you have still not received the money after this time. 

Sale items
These will be refunded at the price they were bought at, at the time of purchase and not at the full price amount. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If the size or style you ordered does not fit please send us an email at and we can advise on the exchange procedure. 

Faulty damaged items (if applicable)
If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged product, please photograph the parcel contents as soon as possible and email us: and we can advise the next steps for you.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs and we advise that use a recorded/trackable service for returning your items to ensure that these don't get lost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods have been confirmed as faulty.
