I just wanted to drop you a little note to update you as much as I can on the events that have unfolded in the last few days regarding COVID-19. Firstly, I am sending you all love and health to you and your families at this uncertain time, and I am hoping that we can all come together and work through this, whatever country we live in and show unity against this virus which has been very shocking and scary for us all and loved ones near and far. I don't know about you but I have struggled with the new reality we are in which seems to have changed everything so quickly. We must try and carry on as best possible and support those who need us the most and those who are vulnerable in our communities.
As it stands, Sisi & Seb will stay open, I will keep this page updated as much as possible but please email if you have any queries please email me firstname.lastname@example.org
I currently have all the stock shipping from a professional warehouse. Anything that is not wrapped, will now be taken offline for the moment until we get a clearer view on what is appropriate moving forward but please contact me if you have any queries or concerns. We will have to navigate these times ahead as we go but please do not worry and we will adapt as quickly as we can with things, as and when they change. I have just had this email from my warehouse team which I would like to share with you on their policy as it stands today, Monday 16th March:
"Our primary approach to date has been to encourage and support our staff in following the government guidelines. In addition to this we have gloves for the team to wear, are introducing extra cleaning materials, we are looking at ways to create extra distance between work stations, and are considering shift patterns. Finally we are identifying relief staff who know our processes and may be able to assist if asked.
All of these measures are with the goal of reducing the impact of the virus on our staff and to maintain normal levels of service"
Please note that I may take a little longer to come back to you at the moment and if I feel anything should not be sent out I will contact you, any feedback is welcome at this time as we navigate these strange times.
I am sending you all love and best wishes in these uncertain times. Please remember to be kind to others, yourselves, do what you can for your community and your nearest and dearest. The WHO have a brilliant #Safehands challenge on Instagram which is a must watch, lets stay at home where and if you can, and remember this quote and lets all stay positive:
